Meet the founder

Hi, My name is Megan Young and I am the founder of Nova Skye Capital, a real estate firm specializing in multifamily properties. I am a commercial real estate agent licensed in CA and Florida. I am also an active and passive real estate investor. I fell in love with real estate investing when I experienced how successful I could be by leveraging debt, capitalizing on equity, and taking advantage of tax benefits real estate offers. I decided to quit my job in sales to become a full-time real estate investor and commercial agent.

I am a proud mother of two amazing kids, Nova 5 and Jett 3 and I have been married for almost 10 years. Family is everything to me! That is why I named my company after my daughter, Nova Skye, to remind me of what I am building; generational wealth so my family will always be taken care of.

Through Nova Skye Capital, my mission is to help as many people as possible to put their money to work for them. My goal is to help you get your time back, so you can spend more time doing what’s important to you and create generational wealth to secure your, and your loved one’s future.

David was a United States Marine for 11yrs 4mos and 16 days… but who’s counting. They instilled into his core values; honor, loyalty, and integrity.

His passion and focus is to build strategic partnerships with syndicators, sponsors, and key principals and invest passively to build wealth for his family legacy.

David owned a multifamily property management company and gained the education of a lifetime on how multifamily properties operate and what it takes to manage one of these assets. This made him a better investor, broker, consultant, and Strategic Partner.
